What is an e-Invoice?

An e-Invoice is a digital receipt provided by Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) that includes the supplier's and buyer's details, item description, quantity, price excluding tax, applicable tax, and the total amount of your purchase.

Why is e-Invoice being implemented?

It's mandated by LHDN based on annual turnover thresholds. Pizza Hut is required to be compliant by 1st August 2024.

Why do I need an e-Invoice for my purchase?

It serves as a supporting document for expense claims. If you're not claiming, it's optional.

When can I start requesting an LHDN e-Invoice?

Starting 1st August 2024 via our Self Service platform. Applies to Delivery, Takeaway, and Dine-in. For food aggregator orders, it depends on the platform.

How do I request an e-Invoice?

After getting your receipt, scan the QR code to access the Pizza Hut Invoice Hub and submit your details.

What information is required from me and why?

When scanning the QR code, you must provide info like email, receipt number, etc. Fields marked with * are mandatory.

How long do I have to request an e-Invoice?

Within 30 days from the purchase date. Check the date on your receipt.

How soon can I request an e-Invoice after my purchase?

Starting from 10:00 AM the day after purchase. Example: Monday 6PM purchase → Tuesday 10AM access.

I did not receive a receipt with my purchase

For In-Store: Request at the counter.

For Online: Check the physical delivery package for a receipt.

My receipt is damaged or lost. What should I do?

In-Store: Request a replacement at the counter.

Online: Call 1300-88-2525 (10.30 AM – 10.30 PM).

I can't scan the QR code or it gives an error

Retry after 10:00 AM next day with stable internet. Still facing issues? Call 1300-88-2525.

Error when entering info in the form

Call 1300-88-2525 (10.30 AM – 10.30 PM) for assistance.

Receipt info differs from Invoice Hub (e.g., store name)

Contact Customer Service at 1300-88-2525 (10.30 AM – 10.30 PM).

I submitted wrong info. Can I cancel?

After submission, you can reject your e-Invoice within 72 hours and re-submit correctly.

What happens after I click 'Submit Now'?

You'll receive a PDF e-Invoice via email with a QR code that verifies authenticity.

My e-Invoice PDF has an error. How do I fix it?

Reject the e-Invoice within 72 hours and re-submit with corrected info.

I didn't receive my e-Invoice

Check your spam/junk folder. Still not there? Call 1300-88-2525.

What is the difference between service tax and service charge?

Service Tax: Government-imposed 6% tax.

Service Charge: Added by the restaurant to cover service-related costs.

Is there a service charge for takeaway orders?

No. Service charges apply only to dine-in orders.
